Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Nature

WaMeTo.com is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Since our services are provided digitally and are accessible immediately upon subscription, we follow a strict refund policy.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period (if applicable) for new users to explore the platform and its features. We encourage users to use the trial to evaluate the service before making a purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

Refunds are only issued in the following specific cases:

  • Persistent Technical Failure: If a catastrophic system error originating from WaMeTo.com's infrastructure prevents core platform usage for more than 7 consecutive business days.
  • Duplicate Billing: Verified duplicate charges resulting from a processing error in our billing gateway.
  • Subscription Upgrade/Downgrade: Prorated credits (not cash refunds) will be applied to your account balance for plan changes mid-cycle.

4. Meta Service Dependency Disclaimer

Important: Our platform is built on official Meta APIs. We do NOT offer refunds for service interruptions caused by Meta's global infrastructure outages or sudden shifts in Meta's Business Policies.

Additionally, no refunds are provided if:

  • Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is suspended by Meta for policy violations.
  • Your messaging templates are rejected by Meta's automated review system.
  • You exceed your plan's allotted message or contact limits.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • One-time setup fees.
  • WhatsApp conversation charges (Meta fees).
  • Charges incurred due to WhatsApp number bans or violations of Meta policies.
  • Partial month usage for cancelled subscriptions.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied to your account.

6. Auto-Renewal

By default, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted service. You can manage or disable auto-renewal in your billing settings.

7. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once a refund is approved by our billing department, it will be initiated immediately. However, the timeline for the funds to reflect in your account is as follows:

  • Net-Banking/Cards: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Wallets/UPI: 2 to 3 business days.
  • Original Source: All refunds are strictly credited back to the original payment source used at the time of purchase.

8. Secure Transactions

Payment Security: We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways (like Cashfree Payments) using 128-bit SSL encryption for ultimate security.
